Terms of Use

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Carenyx website at https://carenyx.info.

The website is operated under the Carenyx brand by [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: Insert the full legal name of the individual or registered entity operating the website].

In these Terms, “Carenyx,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website operator.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About Carenyx

Carenyx helps healthcare organizations identify and evaluate professionals for remote healthcare administrative roles.

Our services may include sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, assessing professional communication and role suitability, providing pre-placement preparation, and introducing suitable candidates to prospective hiring organizations.

The website provides information about our services and allows healthcare organizations and professionals to contact us regarding potential recruitment opportunities.

3. Nature of Our Recruitment Services

Carenyx operates as a direct-placement recruitment service.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Carenyx’s role is to source, screen, prepare, and introduce candidates to prospective hiring organizations.

The hiring organization independently evaluates candidates, decides whether to make an offer, determines the terms of engagement, and enters into the relevant employment or contractor arrangement directly with the selected professional.

After engagement begins, the hiring organization is responsible for managing the professional’s day-to-day work, assigning duties, supervising performance, and providing access to its systems and procedures.

The legal classification of the relationship between a hiring organization and a professional must be determined by the relevant parties in accordance with applicable law.

4. No Guarantee of Placement or Employment

Submitting a form, contacting Carenyx, scheduling a consultation, or participating in a recruitment process does not guarantee:

  • That a suitable candidate will be available.

  • That Carenyx will introduce a candidate for every request.

  • That a candidate will be interviewed, selected, or hired.

  • That a candidate will accept an offer or remain engaged for a particular period.

  • That a professional will achieve a particular business outcome.

Recruitment outcomes depend on the hiring organization’s requirements, candidate availability, the information supplied by the parties, and independent hiring decisions.

Carenyx aims to provide relevant candidate information but does not replace the hiring organization’s own assessment, qualification verification, reference checks, or other due diligence appropriate to the role.

5. Fees and Separate Agreements

Carenyx may charge a one-time placement fee when a hiring organization hires or otherwise engages a candidate introduced by Carenyx.

The amount of the fee, the event that triggers payment, payment deadlines, candidate-introduction protection, any replacement arrangements, and other commercial conditions will be specified in a separate written agreement with the hiring organization.

These Terms do not establish a specific placement fee or payment deadline. No fee should be inferred solely from the general descriptions on this website.

The applicable written recruitment agreement governs the commercial relationship between Carenyx and the hiring organization.

6. Candidate Information and Applications

Candidates must provide information that is accurate and not misleading to the best of their knowledge.

Candidates are responsible for accurately representing their work experience, qualifications, language proficiency, skills, availability, and professional background.

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship with Carenyx or guarantee that the candidate will be introduced to a hiring organization.

Candidate information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Responsibilities of Healthcare Organizations

Healthcare organizations are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the role and its requirements.

  • Independently evaluating candidates before making a hiring decision.

  • Verifying qualifications, experience, references, and any required licenses or authorizations.

  • Establishing lawful employment or contractor arrangements.

  • Determining appropriate supervision, training, system permissions, and access to information.

  • Meeting applicable employment, privacy, security, and healthcare regulatory obligations.

A candidate’s participation in a Carenyx preparation program does not replace the hiring organization’s own onboarding, training, or compliance requirements.

8. Healthcare and Professional Boundaries

Carenyx focuses on recruitment for administrative and operational support roles. Unless expressly agreed in writing and legally permitted, Carenyx does not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or make independent clinical decisions.

Descriptions of administrative duties on the website are illustrative. The tasks assigned to a professional must be appropriate to the individual’s qualifications, training, authorized scope, and the hiring organization’s procedures.

Completion of Carenyx training or preparation does not, by itself, constitute a professional license, HIPAA certification, regulatory approval, or a guarantee of legal compliance.

9. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Submit information you are not authorized to provide.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

  • Copy or use Carenyx content in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights or applicable law.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and its users against misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Carenyx name, logo, website text, design, and other original materials are owned by the website operator or used with permission.

You may access and use website content for its intended informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit that content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or use third-party platforms, including Calendly for appointment scheduling.

Those platforms are operated independently and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Carenyx does not control their independent operations.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to the terms applicable to that service.
